*ALL appointments outside working hours are £30 extra ( before 9am and After 5pm)
*ALL appointments on bank holidays are an additional £20. This will be added to your balance.
*ALL appointments before 11:30 on Saturday are £30 extra
*ALL appointments on Sunday are £30 extra
* ALL Emergency Appointments booked within 3 days are £35 extra
* There is a 15 minute grace period, any later than that there is a £15 late fee.
* After 20 minutes your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded
* There are No refunds once you reschedule your appointment, you'll need to book again
* NO shows will result in full payment being deducted, please cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment.
* We do not do hair for children, please DM and there may be an exception
* No plus 1s are allowed
* Food, snacks and drink are welcomed
ALL weave styles require the client to provide hair bundles.
Bundles should be clean, dry and free from any excess weft.
Bob styles require you to have two bundles with a longer closure/frontal - eg two 12 inch bundles and a 14 inch Closure.
Leave out sew ins - 3 bundles maximum (£10 more per bundle)
Closure sew ins - 3 bundles maximum ( £10 more per bundle
Frontals - please ensure you get the right colour for your skin to ensure a flawless blend (Transparent, medium brown and dark brown)
ALL braids styles include extensions ( colour 1,1b,2 and 4), colours outside of this range are £3 each.
Hair colour mixes are from £15 to £20 and will be added to your balance on the day
Hair must be clean, detangled and free from any oily product.
Hair must be at least 4 inches long all around.
If your hair hair is fuller than the average person, you may be charged an additional £15-20.
If you try and change your braids length at the appointment, you'll pay a premium on top.
